We understand the rapidly changing size and movement of the school population, and the demands that can often place on growing communities. TransbuildWA supports schools, by creating safe and sustainable solutions for administration, classroom and play environments. We handle all the project management and scheduling requirements, with many transportable designs and refurbishing options to choose from. 

We can co-ordinate all the ancilliary work too, fencing, painting, fabricating, welding, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. All waste will be recycled where possible, and your site will be left immaculate, because respect for our environment is part of our ethos.

We have created hundreds of transportable and demountable school classrooms across Western Australia, including Churchlands High School, Ellenbrook High, Yanchep High, Carine Primary, Duncraig Primary, Mandurah Primary.  Our work in rural and remote areas across Western Australia has extended from Warburton Aboriginal Community, Pemberton/Kellaberrin housing relocation, and sites in Kunnunurra, and Esperance.

Why build eco?

TransbuildWA offer eco friendly materials and building practices, actively recycling our materials and waste, and impact assessments to minimising the environmental impact of your build. We also offer green design and architecture, and approved quality materials to maximise the natural features of light, wind and solar energy.

We have found that best practices also ensure much better energy efficiency, better utilisation of natural resources, along with lighter, healthier spaces. Awareness of the materials used is paramount, as is the goal of creating buildings with lower operating costs, that use less electricity, and consider the environment as a resource.
